If the ip is unassigned like currently 114.234.33.79 and 1.232.36.223 the flag ? is not used but the namibia flag appears. You can reach me on #tor on oftc.net if you want.

It is setup to change a nonexistant countrycode to nna, so I do not see why na would be used. I still cannot find anything using (right now) either Namibia or nna! I'll close it for now, but if this problems is actually occurring, please let me know!
